Mobile phone is the only method that we can use to get in contact with you therefore please ensure you have your mobile switched on once you have cleared customs (International Flights) or upon disembarking your flight (Domestic Flights).
Our drivers will be in uniform wearing a polo shirt with the company logo on the left breast of the shirt.
Our drivers will only meet you at the designated pick up point for each terminal listed below.

International Terminal (T1) is inside the terminal at McDonalds

McDonalds can be located to your right after you walk out of arrivals gate A and B.

Domestic Terminal 2 (T2) is inside the terminal at Baggage Carousel #5

Domestic Terminal 3 (T3) is inside the terminal at Baggage Carousel #5

Service Policy

Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus are committed to providing affordable fares, reliable and professional services at all times. 
We aim to get you to your destination at the desired time however there are situations where this may not be possible due to external factors such as traffic delays, flight delays, delays leading into the airport or passenger related delays. 
In the event of these situations occurring we will make all efforts possible to accommodate your needs however, Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus do not accept responsibility for situations outside of our control.
If you are not ready we will make all efforts to get in contact with you however we cannot wait for an extended period of time. 
Refunds will not be offered if you are not ready at your pick up point on time. 

Prepayment


Prepayment is required for all bookings.

Delayed Flights 

Whilst we try to monitor all flights it is your responsibility to advise us if your flight is delayed.

1. We will try our best to collect you at the revised landing time.
2. If we are unable to we will see if any partner shuttle companies are able to collect you at the revised landing time.
3. If option 1 and 2 is not possible then we will pick you up on the next available run.
4. If you choose to make your own way home we will offer you a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus cancellation policy: 

24 hours prior to agreed pick up time - full refund 
Within 24 hours prior to pick up time – no refund

Baggage Policy

Please ensure you advise us on how many pieces of luggage you will have so we can determine if a trailer is required for your trip.
We encourage you to purchase travel insurance prior to your departure as Harry’s Northern Beaches Airbus take no responsibility against any loss or damage.
If any excess luggage that is not confirmed at the time of booking does not fit in the bus your trip may be cancelled on the spot at the driver’s discretion. 

Lost Property Policy


Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus drivers will inspect the airport shuttle after each trip.
If any items are left behind Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus will make all efforts to get in contact with you however we take no responsibility. 
Any lost property or value not claimed will be taken to the local Police Station within 24 hours.

Infant Seating

Children traveling in a bus of up to 12 seats must be secured in a child restraint or booster seat.
Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus provide car seats and booster seats.
Each bus has three (3) anchor points.
Please ensure you advise us of these requirements before your pick up date. 

Pet Policy

Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus do not permit pets on board bus at anytime. 

Pricing Policy

Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus fares are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. 

Privacy Policy 

Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus will not disclose any personal information provided except only to persons directly involved in your travel party or where we have received written authorisation containing your consent.

Cleaning/Damage Fee 

Please note while travelling with Harry's Northern Beaches Airbus if any members of your party vomit or damage the shuttle bus in anyway the cost of cleaning/repair will be charged to your credit card.
